SETUP HOURS
Saturday July 11th, 2026
- Time: July 11th 11:30am – 4:30pm. All vendors setting up after 4:30pm will be charged a late fee and may forfeit their spot and will not be refunded.
- All sponsors setting up after this time will be charged a late fee of $100.
- If your booth is not set up by 4:30pm on Saturday July 11th, you will forfeit your spot and will not be refunded.
Sunday July 12th, 2026
- Time: July 12th 7:00am – 8:30am. All vendors setting up after 8:30am will be charged a late fee and may forfeit their spot and will not be refunded.
- All sponsors setting up after this time will be charged a late fee of $100.
- Breakdown time starts at 7:00pm no exceptions.
